MENTORS

Make a difference, be a Mentor!

We are happy to announce that LISTAS is now recruiting mentors for its Spring Youth Leadership Program in partnership with the Hayward Unified School District. We are looking for professional role models, such as yourselves, to mentor 8th and 9th grade students.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of these young girls!

Successful candidates will:

Have experience/interest in working with female students
Be a positive role model and be able to share personal experience and guidance for academic and professional success
Be in a STEM^2 (Science, Technology, Engineering, Technology, Management/Business) or related field or industry
Meet with mentee on the program dates in Hayward, CA for half a day of workshops and mentoring activities

Feb 22 - Orientation (Parents/Students/Mentors)
Mar 07 - Session 1
Mar 21 - Company Visit/ Museum
Apr 04 - Session 2
Apr 18 - CAL Day
May 02 - Graduation
